Jews are commanded to treat converts to Judaism — those who were not born Jewish but became authentic Jews under the authority of orthodox rabbis — as they themselves would want to be treated. This is in addition to
commandment +206 for Jews to love their fellow Jews, regardless of birth status.
But since there is probably no distinction among Hasidic Gentiles (who must all adopt the Noahide Laws independently), this commandment would have no meaning for them. Commandment +206 already covers all obligations to love fellow Hasidic Gentiles.
